A LONG RANGE SENSIBLE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE ENTIRE CHAMBERS LAKE BASIN TO ADDRESS ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS AND TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE NATURAL RESOURCES.
